Alysha Scott

BHSc (Physiotherapy)

Alysha graudated from AUT in 2017 with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. She has since gained experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, post-operative rehab, chronic pain management, adolescent rehab and sports team physiotherapy.

She has been trained in Pilates and has experience teaching classes and using it clinically. She has also completed her foundation dry-needling course. Alysha is passionate about taking a holistic, evidence-based approach with her clients, incorporating education, mindfulness, exercise-based rehab and manual therapy to facilitate them to achieve their goals and optimise their physical abilities. 

Alysha enjoys being active herself with Pilates, gym and tennis.
