Community Allied Health Services

According to service specifications provided by the funder, referrals to Allied Health are taken from self or, with the patient's permission, family/ whānau, GPs, hospital staff, specialists and other health professionals.

North Shore Hospital

To get to Physiotherapy Outpatients or the Allied Health Department, park in the main carpark and walk towards the hospital building. Instead of entering through the main entrance, make your way to the left and enter through ENTRANCE 3.

Once through Entrance 3, walk straight, passing through 3 sets of doors until you reach the end of the corridor. You are now at the Allied Health/Physiotherapy Reception Desk.

Waitakere Hospital

Option 1: Enter through the main entrance and follow signs to THERAPY DEPARTMENT.

Option 2: Enter through Entrance F and follow signs to THERAPY DEPARTMENT.
