Since graduating from AUT in 2016, I have really enjoyed the challenge of musculoskeletal physiotherapy, and find value in helping my patients best understand their injuries and also rehabilitate them so they can be back to pre-injury function, which includes self-management strategies.

I aim to always bring a clinically sound approach to my assessments as this also contributes to the patient’s confidence and buy-in on the rehabilitation process.

In my spare time, I enjoy time spent outdoors tramping, completing home-based workouts, baking and craft, spending time with family and friends, as well as travelling.
