Description

Yellow Brick Road inspire and equip families / whānau to restore themselves by supporting their journeys from a place of distress to one of mental wellbeing. Positive change is our singular focus.

A 6-8 week children's programme about building knowledge, understanding, and resilience around a loved one's mental illness. Ages 6-12. Occurrence as needed.

A 6-week programme for families affected by Bi-Polar Disorder (BPD) or Emotional Dysregulation covering topics such as self-care, mindfulness, mentalisation, validation and problem solving. Ages 18+
