Jo has over 20 years experience as a musculoskeletal, sports and cancer rehabilitation physiotherapist. I am passionate about using therapeutic exercise to achieve great outcomes matched to an individual's goals. I have previously worked in top sports medicine teams in the UK, and have enjoyed working in innovative physio teams in Wellington and the Kapiti Coast.

As a Certified Pinc & Steel Cancer Rehabilitation Physiotherapist, Jo is focused on improving outcomes for people following a diagnosis of cancer. Jo has recently taught on the Pinc & Steel International Academy programme.
