Katie Northfield

BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy

Katie is part of the Hands On team at the Hibiscus Coast clinic. She completed her physiotherapy training in the UK, and gained wide general physio experience for several years before focussing on hand therapy. She travelled to New Zealand in 2007, and after initially working in a well-established, musculoskeletal, private practice on the Coast, she joined Hands On in 2008. Since then she has completed not only her post-graduate hand and upper limb training, but also gained a Masters in Health rehabilitation and acupuncture. Outside of work Katie is involved in netball, swimming, cycling and sailing, and also keeps busy with her young family.
