Philosophy of care: I believe in the normality of childbirth and promote and support normal labour and birth, including water births, whenever possible.

Birth facilities attended: home birthing and Pukekohe Primary Birthing Unit.

General bio: I have been a practising midwife for over 35 years and for the last 16 years have worked as a caseloading LMC in the Franklin area. Most of my births are in our local Primary Care Unit. I do support women's informed choices and can provide antenatal and postnatal care should they need, or wish, to deliver at a base hospital as well. I still feel EVERY birth is a marvel and it is a privilege to share this journey with women at this special time.
