Description

We are a private alcohol and drugs outpatient treatment clinic specialising in supporting and treating addiction in an organised, non-residential treatment setting.

We offer individual counselling/psychotherapy and/or group therapy and five different treatment programmes to those who are dependent on a substance (be it alcohol, drugs or prescription medication). We understand that people from all walks of life can suffer from addiction therefore we offer a discreet, confidential, caring environment designed to support you on your recovery journey.  The programmes are designed to accommodate clients’ work and personal schedules while still adhering to a regular, intensive treatment plan.

Our clinicians are highly qualified and experienced professionals. We also have clinical staff members who have walked their own journeys in mental health and addiction, conquering serious life difficulties, developing and changing and living a successful life in recovery.

Our therapy and treatment programmes are founded on evidence-based practices and are delivered by addiction registered experts with a deep commitment to helping you recover and successfully live a recovery focused lifestyle with a high quality of life.

This is an ongoing treatment programme which is designed to support a client for as long as they feel they need it. Generally an aftercare programme follows on from recovery time invested in a residential facility or an outpatient treatment programme. Our Aftercare Relapse Prevention Treatment Programme will take up to approximately 6 hours per week across 2 days. Read more about this programme here.

This is a 6-week treatment programme which provides a powerful forum for growth and change. Not only do our clients receive tremendous understanding, support, and encouragement from others facing similar issues, but they also gain different perspectives, ideas, and viewpoints on their own issues. This insight oriented group will provide you with a safe environment for exploring yourself and understanding Benzodiazepine and/or Zopiclone dependency. It will also address withdrawal symptoms, stabilisation and reduction plans. It focuses on education and is a practical skill based programme that supports healthy, holistic interpersonal development.
