You can access our counselling services by contacting us directly or through a referral from another community agency.

This programme is for kaumātua 60years and above, it provides social and physical wellbeing. Activities include: Day Trips - Cultural experiences, Beach trips, Thermal bathing etc Art Karaoke Mirimiri Tai Chi and Physical Exercises It is a safe space with peers to socialise with like minded individuals.
