Programmes
The 14-day programme is tailored to your individual needs and lifestyle. During your two week stay with us, you'll learn what it's like to live a life free from drugs and alcohol and you will get to experience what recovery looks like. You'll meet with our nurse and doctor for an assessment as well as one of our counsellors and you'll undergo a full medical before starting your drug or alcohol withdrawal treatment and detox. Once you have completed your initial detox you'll move to the recovery stage. This includes group therapy, individual counselling, the 12-step programme which is an integral part of our process and extra classes such as yoga. Alongside your treatment, we also offer family support. We know that support from your family is a major part of your recovery so we work with you and your loved ones to help you explain your addiction to them and to rebuild your relationships with them in a new way. Aftercare can include appointments with medical professionals or counsellors and assistance with finding new accommodation if needed. Before you leave us we'll help you draw up a plan to move on with your life including tools for dealing with relapses. Read more about this programme here
