We are here to help with your issues of Loss and Grief.
We offer support for people living with loss and grief of any sort- including grief from bereavement, separation, illness, isolation and other life changes. We offer a range of services including a formal counselling service and are here to provide tailored support for your individual situation.

Anyone can access
We accept self referrals - simply contact us and we will make a time to meet with you.

Fees and Charges Description
There is no cost to use our drop in or support groups but we do appreciate a koha/donation.
Subsidised counselling available.
We provide Work and income subsidised counselling.
The Loss and Grief Centre is reliant on community donations and grants.
Workshops are run at a cost to participants.

Referral Process
Individuals must meet one of the criteria below to be considered for home/school-based visits from a support worker:
- The client is physically unable to attend the centre including mobility issues and residential barriers.
- The client is financially unable to pay for transport to attend the centre.
- The client has been formally referred for specific support from another professional partner eg. G.P.
- The client’s employment/schooling is a barrier to accessing open hours.
- The client is emotionally too distraught to attend the centre.
- The client is too young to attend the centre.
There will be an initial allocation of up to 3 visits/contacts to assess and determine the needs of the individual.
