Manu Ka Rere is a free service for young people aged 13-24 who are seeking support for their wellbeing - mental health and addictions. It offers face-to-face counselling, group work, education, family work and other activities.
Manu Ka Rere is made up of these agencies: Odyssey House (Christchurch), Stepping Stone Trust
St John of God Waipuna, PuraPura Whetu, Community Wellbeing North Canterbury Trust, Christchurch City Mission, Ashurburton Community Alcohol and Drug service (ACADS), Te Tahi Youth
The service works in with Health NZ speciality CAF and Adult Services and other Canterbury NGOs.

The Community Youth Facilitators work alongside young people aged 13 to 18 and their families that are struggling with mild to moderate mental health issues and/or alcohol or addiction issues.
