Our team are passionate mental health advocates and professionals.
Mind Set Engage, New Zealand Rugby's free mental health and wellbeing programme, provides knowledge and tools to support mental wellness for everyone, both on and off the field.
MSE aims to support rugby environments to be places where help-seeking is encouraged and stigma related language and behaviour is reduced. The target audiences are rugby players, club leaders, coaches, managers, parents, whānau and the wider rugby community.
The Mind Set Engage team aims to achieve three core goals:
MSE collaborates with wellbeing services across each region to ensure anyone accessing our programme know where to go within their city for mental health and general wellbeing support. Clubs and schools are linked up with these service providers.
Our team are passionate mental health advocates and professionals.
