Te Ata provides peer support, education, social, and recreational opportunities and activities for people impacted by mental health problems.
Staff
The Te Ata team have personal experience of mental health and/or addiction issues.
We provide an inclusive, supportive environment where people feel valued for who they are. We encourage active involvement and aim to build well-being through connecting, learning, and creativity.
Our members facilitate many of our programmes based on their strengths, talents and interests. Members and supporters are encouraged to share ideas, give feedback and take an active role in the development of our programmes, classes and events.

If you are 18 - 65, live in the West Auckland area, have a mental health diagnosis and/or have been under a mental health team and/or are experiencing mental health challenges please feel free to give us a call to find out about our free service. We provide wellbeing and/or mental health supports, activities and programs delivered by people who have 'been there'.
