When you are referred to the Rūnanga, you will be allocated a Whānau Ora Kaiarahi (WOK). Their role is to support you right throughout your journey with us. They will look at yours and your whānau’s needs and goals and develop a plan with you to address those needs. They will; Provide advice and advocacy on your behalf Provide practical and emotional support Liaise with and connect you to other agencies Develop a Whānau Outcome Plan with you Link you into to other Rūnanga services and programmes Navigate you through to the end of your Whānau Outcome Plan.
