Our service provides education, information, advocacy, workshops, support groups, face to face / telephone support, a website, as well as supporting workforce development.

CUMI - Children Understanding Mental Illness

A 6-8 week children's programme about building knowledge, understanding, and resilience around a loved one's mental illness. Ages 6-12. Occurrence as needed.

Ages 6-12. Occurrence as needed.

FACTS - Family and Caregiver Training and Support

A 6-week programme for families affected by Bi-Polar Disorder (BPD) or Emotional Dysregulation covering topics such as self-care, mindfulness, mentalisation, validation and problem solving. Ages 18+
