Dr Ziad Thotathil is a radiation oncologist based in Hamilton. He completed his medical and specialist training in India. He arrived in Hamilton in 2005, and has been a specialist in the Radiation Oncology department at Waikato Hospital since 2007.

Ziad is a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists (Clinical Oncology), London, as well as a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (Radiation Oncology). His subspecialty interests include brain tumours (primary and secondary malignant tumours as well as benign), lung, breast and gynaecological cancers.
