We are a community based service team, providing therapy and social work to assist children with special needs and their family/whānau achieve their full potential in their daily lives. We work with children in schools, kindergartens, home, community, clinics and recreation centres.
Children under our service have diagnoses including but not limited to cerebral palsy, global developmental delay, muscular dystrophy, chromosomal abnormalies, spina bifida, children with plagiocephaly who also have a disability, premature or low birth weight infants who are 'at risk'.
We are an interdisciplinary, allied health team which includes:
- Occupational Therapy
- Physiotherapy
- Speech Language Therapy
- Social Work
- Visiting Neurodevelopment Therapy
