Specialist medical services provided by forensically trained doctors and nurses to assist those who have been sexually abused or assaulted, recently or in the past.

Description:
MidCentral DHB and Whanganui DHB provide Sexual Assault and Treatment Services through Crest Hospital Specialist Centre.
This service addresses the acute and non-acute medical (including injury), psychological and forensic requirements of sexual abuse victims.
How to Access:
In an emergency dial 111.
Referrals may come through ARCS Manawatu, Police, GPs or victims may self refer.
For acute and non-acute cases during daytime hours, call (06) 953 2498.
For acute cases after hours, call the Police, Safe To Talk, or the ARCS after hours phone line and they will refer you to us.
