Referral Expectations
It's important that if the person to be seen is unsafe in any way or medically unwell, this is not the appropriate service to refer to in the first instance.
When you contact the clinic it is helpful first to give information regarding the person to be seen - especially their age, and where they live.
We will also ask about when the event(s) occurred and some basic information about what happened and what has happened since so we can make a plan forward.
Fees and Charges Description
This is a free service to all including non residents.
