State Exam Physiotherapy

Sandra’s current role is involved with more complex exercise rehabilitation services at our gym / Pilates studio and at off site pool / gyms in the area. Sandra teaches Pilates to individuals and in group classes, she has an interest in breathing & relaxation education and in pain management.

Sandra has an interest in the management of inflammatory arthritis and she has received training from the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Rotorua.
