Sarah Waldin

Sarah graduated as a Physiotherapist from Auckland University of Technology in 1994. She developed a special interest in treating hand injuries and burns while working in her first job at Middlemore Hospital.
In 1997, in partnership with Julie Rouse, Sarah established Handworks, in recognition of the need for a high-quality Hand Therapy service to the Central Auckland area. Providing a service that works closely with Hand Surgeons is a top priority for Sarah, to ensure best patient outcomes at all times. Sarah genuinely enjoys treating a vast array of patients, especially complex multi trauma, occupational overuse and sporting injuries. She divides her time between treating patients, teaching and supervising therapists in complex cases, and practice management.
