Tracey Lydiard

BHSc (Physiotherapy)

Tracey graduated from AUT in 2013. After completing her OE in London, Tracey returned to NZ and has since gained physiotherapy experience working in both clinical and sporting environments.

Tracey has a keen interest in sport, particularly hockey, where she feels fortunate to have worked with regional and national representative hockey teams over the past few years. A highlight of her physiotherapy career so far has been working with a NZ men’s team at the Masters Hockey World Cup in Barcelona and travelling with the NZ U21 women’s team to Australia.

Her skills and areas of interest include musculoskeletal and sporting injuries. Tracey has a passion for helping people return to activities they enjoy through an active approach to rehabilitation.
