General bio: I am a married mother of one beautiful girl. My maiden name is Smith and my husband is Dutch hence the change of surname to Van Cingel. My midwifery history has included 8 years working with the flying doctors in the outback of Australia, acting charge midwife at Middlemore Hospital for 3 years and as an LMC in South Auckland for over 20 years.
